and I have a pimple

For some reason I had one of those ‘hard to stop eating’ days. I don’t know if it is because I am around the house on Tuesdays or whether it is ‘that time of the month’ (which usually sends me into a fat/carbo frenzy). But at least today I got my fruit happening, well 2 serves at least.

Over in the points today, have to cut back over the next few….

2.5 pieces of raisin toast and spread 5
coffee, milk sugar 1
fruit platter (!) 1
Left over fried rice (this is more vegie then rice) and tuna 8
20gs M& Ms (have to stop this habit) 2
rice thins, lf cream cheese and vegemite 2
grapes (!) 1
mexe kidney bean stew and rice 8

should be 22pts but….

total 28 – ouch!

and I have blown half my week worth of sugar points. bugger.

(This is the good thing about blogging. I should have
a) not had the M & Ms
b) no raisin toast from now on, unnecessary sugar points

onward troops.

    Good going Inger! Maybe we need to shake up Marti next week with a comment that tracking is all well and good, but reflection on what you eat is damned useful as well!

    Paul has a good point there. Tracking can be a litany of ‘sins’ otherwise. I think you need to think of yourself as a car and not one that has twin carbs. 🙂
